What is Challenge 150?

Challenge 150 is your challenge, your way. Whether you choose to take part for 1 day or every day of the year, solo or as a team - all we ask is that you choose a personal or collective challenge inspired by the number 150 and aim to raise £150 to support young adults with MS.

Challenge Ideas

- 150 minutes of movement

- Walk, roll or run 150km

- Swim 150 lengths at your local pool

- Read 150 pages or listen to 150 minutes of audiobooks

- Do 150 minutes of yoga, meditation or stretching.

- Give up something for 15 days, then another thing for the next 15 (coffee, social media, chocolate…)

- Bake 150 cookies and sell them to raise money

- Climb 150 flights of stairs

- Cycle 150 miles as a team

- Host a 150-minute online gaming or quiz session

When?

Whether you choose to complete your challenge over 1 day, or every day of the year, the choice is yours!

Why should you support this challenge?

In the UK there are approximately 7000 more people being diagnosed with MS each year. Of these 7000, we estimate that approximately 40% will be under the age of 35.

MS Together is a new UK-based charity that exists to support services of advice and support to people affected by MS, with a particular focus on those aged 18-35 living with MS.

This fundraiser will help improve and expand our services which will include:

- Expanding our counselling service which provides group therapy and 1-to-1 counselling to those who need additional support

- Expanding our in-person events to bring together more people and reduce social isolation within the MS community

- Creating highly sought after information resources on topics requested by our community
