This year, Centre 33 is asking its supporters to pick a challenge, have fun and make a difference. Challenge 33 will run from June 12th-25th. During this time, we hope people will take on a challenge around the theme of 33 and raise vital funds for our work via sponsorship or by making a donation. You might want to swim 33 lengths of your local swimming pool, organise a 33 question quiz night or write a poem, using just 33 words? The sky's the limit! Whatever you choose to do we hope that you will pick a challenge, have fun and make a difference.
About Centre 33
Each year Centre 33 work directly with over 2,500 young people and reach many more. We work with young people who are dealing with mental health difficulties, facing problems at home or in their relationships, managing complex caring needs, are homeless, struggling to find work or seeking advice and support.
Young people can talk to us about anything - mental health, housing, homelessness, employment, education, finances, sexual health, caring responsibilities and much more. They may have complex needs and may not know what they need to talk to us about, whatever it is we will help them to work it out and then do all we can to support them holistically with their practical issues and emotional needs.
The need for our services from young people is still growing and this demand often exceeds our capacity. We know that the right help at the right time can prevent problems escalating. Please help support us to be here for young people.
