The number of people facing homelessness and coming to Turning Tides for support has doubled in recent months. I'm taking on a challenge this year to help raise funds for people in our community with no safe place to call home.

Offering practical support, advice and routes into housing their community hubs are life saving, they are a place where someone can access wash facilities, have a good meal and get some advice from someone who can help.

Turning Tides believe that community is the solution and their work couldn't happen with their amazing supporters. No matter how much you can donate you will be helping to make a real difference in your community.

- £20 – Emergency food pack for 1 week, 1 week of hot showers/breakfast at a Hub

- £50 – One 2 hour outreach session or one emergency pack (sleeping bag/tent and food) for someone rough sleeping.

- £100 – A week of breakfasts and showers at the Hub for 5 people or 5 emergency food packs for someone rough sleeping.

- £500 – 20 hours of support for clients in our community hubs, outreach teams or residential services or moving in pack for a client moving into permanent accommodation, including bed/mattress and furniture.

- £1000 - Refurbishment of 1 client bedroom, including decorating and furniture replacement or 40 hours of support for one client in one of our residential services.
