The Chatsworth 10k is a 10km multi-terrain run held within the grounds of the Chatsworth estate. The event is organised by North Derbyshire charity Blythe House Hospicecare & Helen's Trust, and all sponsorship money raised through the event will go supporting patients, families & carers living in the High Peak, Derbyshire Dales & North East Derbyshire who are affected by a life-limiting illness.

In the year 2022, Blythe House Hospicecare & Helen's Trust provided over 4,500 daytime and through the night Hospice at Home visits to local patients who wished to remain at home at the end of their life. In addition to the Hospice at Home service, patients at all stages of illness, family members and carers can also access counselling, physio, occupational & complementary therapies, group support, specialist palliative clinics and nursing services at the hospice' Community Hub located in the High Peak.
