Story
We know that talking and listening about mental health has the power to educate and change lives. Each conversation we have contributes to reducing mental health stigma, helping to create supportive communities where we can talk openly about mental health and feel empowered to seek help when we need it.
This Childrens Mental Health Week, we want to make it easy for you to have conversations and celebrate, so weve coproduced a campaign called Connecting Me and My Emotions with a local primary school and invite you to share the materials we have developed within in your school during childrens mental health week
To raise more awareness and for some extra fun, why not organise a dress down day at your school or community group and encourage colleagues, friends and family to sponsor. Funds raised from supporters taking on activities like this help us to ensure that no one has to face poor mental health alone.
