Choices began over 20 years ago when an Islington GP saw that many women were struggling through pregnancy dilemmas alone. She wanted to make a difference.

Since then, we have walked alongside thousands of people as they journey through difficult times. That doesn’t just include women, it includes partners, children, grandparents, friends, support workers and all those that might feel the impact of the many different issues that can arise during or after pregnancy.
