SCOT (Standing Committee Of Tamil Speaking people) is appealing to you during this Festive season to bring some happiness and put some food on the plate of the underprivileged Tamil Speaking people in Sri Lanka.

While Sri Lanka is in economic crisis many districts in Sri Lanka are affected by floods too during this Christmas/Festive season. Durig such hardship those in the bottom of the pile with their children get ignored and suffer the most. During this festive season we will be over feeding ourselves, showering our grandchildren and children with unnecessary presents. Most of us know this, but we follow the tradition set by the community we live in.
