Visit the charity's profileThis is not going to be a normal Christmas. But then again, 2020 hasn't been a normal year. We are in a mental health emergency and we want to make things better for people in our community living with a mental health problem.
£5 helps towards the cost of a wellbeing call for our clients who are unable to attend services during the pandemic
£15 will help fund a 1-1 counselling session
£100 will fund one meeting of our You in Mind support groups
By donating the money you would usually spend on Christmas cards and sharing one of our seasonal photos instead, you can help us support the people who need us in 2021, whatever the new year brings.
