On Friday 11th December, we are encouraging as many offices / workplaces and everyone working remotely to support Christmas Jumper Day 4 CF.

To take part follow these simple steps!

1. Ask your staff or colleagues to support Christmas Jumper Day 4 CF on Friday 11th December!

Encourage everyone to wear their most festive Christmas Jumper to work / on Zoom (if working remotely)!

2. Ask everyone to donate 5 to Cystic Fibrosis Ireland!

If you have a colleague not wearing a Christmas Jumper, they'll have to make a Bah Humbug donation of 10 and wear a Bah Humbug badge (we'll send these out to you). Ask your company if they are willing to match fund the monies raised.

3. On the day make sure to take loads of photos or ask your colleagues to take selfies and send them to you so you can make a collage if working remotely!

Share them using the hashtag on Twitter or Instagram #CJD4CF and tag us (@cf_ireland), or simply email them to us at brendan@cfireland.ie so that we can share your fun with everyone else.

4. Funds raised for CJD4CF will go towards grants that we provide to the Cystic Fibrosis community in Ireland.
