Last year, one of our mums who had lost her son was in the Brightest Star office for therapy when she noticed Brightest Star collection buckets . She then messaged us with this amazing idea of a Brightest Star Christmas Jumper Day to raise funds. Despite her own broken heart, she wanted to find ways to let us support other families. This Christmas my beautiful boy Jack will turn 18, as a way of marking the occasion and raising awareness and funds for Brightest Star, we would love you all to take part in a Brightest Star Christmas Jumper Day.
The date is entirely up to you; however, we love the idea of the 18th of December to mark Jack turning 18 on Christmas Day or the 19th of December which marks Jacks 12-year anniversary.
That is the difference your donations make, families value our counselling, memory boxes, sibling support, family days so much that they want other families to access them. They can only access these services thanks to your amazing support xxx
