We can only send you your raffle tickets if we know who you are - please don't opt to remain anonymous when making your donation. Then JustGiving can then share your contact details with the Awyr Las Support Team so we can send you your electronic raffle tickets. Your contact details will only be used in relation to the raffle. If you forget, email give70@wales.nhs.uk afterwards with a record of your donation.

If you want your donation to go to a specific ward or department, remember let us know in the "Your message" box.
Gift Aid cannot be claimed on donations made in return for raffle tickets so please UNTICK the Gift Aid box when donating.
Be sure to answer "yes" when asked if you're making a donation in return for a ticket to an event/raffle/auction.
