CILEX are pleased to once again be sponsoring the London Legal Walk 2024. On June 18th, a select band of CILEX members and staff will be walking the 10km course and, because we like a challenge, some will be doing the walk twice in a day, taking on each of the 10km routes (a river walk, and a park walk). This is a great effort, and we hope it will generate lots of sponsorship!

This year CILEX are supporting the CILEX Foundation, an independent, registered charity supporting CILEX members, CILEX students and those who aspire to become CILEX Lawyers. The CILEX Foundation addresses inequality and underrepresentation in the legal sector, and by removing financial and social mobility barriers to legal education and career progression, more talented and aspiring lawyers are achieving their career goals.

For 20 years the London Legal Walk has been bringing together the legal community to support free legal advice services on the frontline, and the need for free legal help with debt, benefits, housing, asylum and domestic violence is now greater than ever.
