Cisco UK & Ireland Walks the Camino for a Greener Royal Berkshire Hospital
This year, the Cisco UK & Ireland team is taking on the daunting Camino challenge, walking 115km across 5 days to support the Royal Berks Charity in their mission to create a more sustainable hospital. These amazing heroes are:
Andrea Witzke, Shane Carney, Sumithra Mani, Barbora Bartosova, Buu Lieu, Colin McKail, Diane Leigh, Emily Coe, Helen Douglas, Hugo Fontinha Eugenio, Kasia Sniezek, Lewis Rumsey, Maryna Khivrych, Nilz Palmar, Paul Newby, Will Bedigan, Julie Clements, Kasia Sniezek, Nathan Hopson, Ioana Pilat, Andrea Cottle, Jane McKail and Georges Lalahy.
Every step we take will help fund vital green initiatives, and could help fund projects like:
* Improving the environment in the hospital wards – reducing energy consumption and lowering carbon emissions.
* Recycling food waste – turning waste into resources to grow trees, fruit, and vegetables for hospital staff and the wider community to enjoy.
* Educating hospital staff about how to grow sustainable fruit and vegetables themselves.
By donating, you’ll be supporting a healthier future for both the hospital and the planet.
