CIWEM is a registered charity and is constituted and governed by its Royal Charter and Bye- Laws, which were granted in 1995 and amended in 2009. Donations represent a gift to the chartered institution for its purposes and mission to build a global community of water and environmental professionals dedicated to working for the public benefit.
