Story

Our Survival of the Fittest challenge is simple - across five exercises of 45 seconds each, earn points by completing as many reps as possible for your team. The top performers on each team will then go through to a semi-final and final round to be crowned The Clarksons Champion! Will you survive this fitness challenge?

Teams can have a maximum of 12 members, minimum of six, and please, no single sex teams allowed. Each team will have their own JustGiving page to help raise as much as possible for The Clarkson Foundation to support life changing projects.
