Story
Congratulations, UIU Graduates!
We are proud to announce this year’s Class Gift campaign. Student donors will receive a UIU Philanthropy Cord to be worn during their Commencement.
The Class Gift initiative was developed to encourage students to embrace a philanthropic spirit and begin leaving their legacy upon graduation. The UIU Student Philanthropy Council (SPC) is proud to lead this effort.
The Student Philanthropy Council recommends a donation of $26, although any gift size is sincerely appreciated. Supporters will receive a UIU Philanthropy Cord to be worn during Fayette Commencement on Saturday, May 9, and cherish as a keepsake. Plus, your name will be added to the list of generous grads.
Upon making your donation, your cord will be automatically held for you at the commencement ceremony. Check in as you come into the ceremony to pick it up. You will not be able to miss us as you go into the commencement ceremony. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, please email alumni@uiu.edu with your name and address, and we will ship your cord to you. It is permissible to donate in a student's name; however, please use their actual name when donating.
Your gift will be directed to the Student Philanthropy Council Fund, which supports student interests and other Peacock initiatives.
GO PEACOCKS!
