Organised by Claypole BeneficeFollowing an attempted lead theft in Feb 19 we are fundraising to contribute towards the £80,000 required to repair and replace the damage with a lead-alternative.
Story
Following an attempted lead theft in Feb 19 the roof has been stripped and damaged at St Peters, Claypole. Our aim is to apply for grants to cover the costs, however at £80k the cost is substantial. We are appealing to villagers and the wider-community for contributions towards the cost in order to ensure St Peters remains a valuable community space for decades to come.
