The Flourish Project

Climbing Snowdon for Young Futures

Too many children and young people are growing up believing they are not enough — overwhelmed by anxiety, low confidence, and a lack of hope for the future. We believe this is not something they should have to accept. The Flourish Project exists to change that story. We deliver a preventative, evidence-informed mental wellbeing programme that helps children and young people build confidence, resilience, and healthy ways of thinking before challenges become crises. Working through schools, organisations and community settings, we equip trusted adults with the training, tools, and confidence to support young people where they already are. Our accredited training and practical resources create safe spaces where young people can be heard, understood, and reminded of their worth. We don’t offer quick fixes — we invest in long-term change that strengthens young lives and the communities around them. Your support helps us train more facilitators, reach more children, and ensure that young people don’t just survive, but truly flourish.

Story

On 15th May, a group of us from local businesses across Warwickshire and Leicestershire will be taking on the challenge of walking up Snowdon to raise £4,000 for The Flourish Project - we need your support.

Right now, 1 in 5 children will experience a probable mental health disorder. In an average classroom, that’s six children struggling. In this current climate, many children and young people are being crippled by fear, anxiety, and loneliness — often in silence.

The group taking on this challenge is made up of mixed abilities, and this climb will be a real challenge. But it’s nothing compared to what many young people are facing every day.

Just £50 enables one child to go through The Flourish Project, helping them build confidence, resilience, and hope for tomorrow.

Thank you for standing with us as we choose to act, not look away.
