Enable Ireland supports over 600 children and young people with disabilities in Galway. CNP Santander is raising funds during 2022 to support the fit-out of our new Assistive Technology Room in Galway with the purchase of vital pieces of assistive and accessible assessment technology for children and young people in our care.

Assistive and Adaptive Technologies are any technologies that help a person with a disability to communicate with their family and friends, interact with the education system or world of work, promote varying levels of independence in the home and wheelchair mobility. CNP Santander will be funding equipment including a tablet computer fitted with eye-gaze control and software for supporting communication, voice recognition software and accessories which will support children and young people to communicate.

The Challenge:

CNP Santander colleagues will be taking part in challenges such as walking, swimming, cycling and running (solo or in groups).
