Support our volunteers/staff/fundraisers as they take on the Glasgow Kiltwalk '24 to help us raise funds to continue building the community garden.
Last year they raised an amazing £378.88 which helped us to grow, harvest and share our 1st year of produce. Items purchased include yellow marker paint to mark pipework as instructed by Scottish Water, brad nails and tacwise staples for erecting our temporary raised beds, an irrigation system for the beds, compost, topsoil, petrol for lawnmowers/strimmers, donation tins for local fundraising, stall at Shortlees Community Association boot sale, printer ink, labels and envelopes for admin and we reimbursed the volunteers Kiltwalk registration fees.
All of that helped us to improve our health and wellbeing, increase our skills and experience, gain confidence, inspiration and motivation and learn so many new things along the way so many many thanks to all our supporters who help us make that possible. Every donation, no matter the size, goes a long way.
Please donate if you can, it is much appreciated.
We will be funding our volunteers Kiltwalk registration fees this year too and have a limited amount of 50% off promo codes for any fundraisers wishing to get involved with the Kiltwalk. For promo codes please email info@cogs.scot prior to registration on the Kiltwalk page.
