SAVE YOUR CORN EXCHANGE
From 1 April 2019 we will get NO further funding from West Berkshire Council. We now need your support.
Last autumn we launched our Save Your Corn Exchange campaign as we need to raise £150,000 every year to help fill this gap and continue all the vital work we do. This includes our work with young people, families and over 55s; our Memory Cafes for people living with dementia; our Ageing Creatively programmes set in local care homes and community settings; our work in local schools providing creative learning opportunities; and our free outdoor shows for everyone in Newbury and beyond.
Since launching the campaign we have been overwhelmed by the generosity of local people as we work to raise £150,000 a year to secure the future of the Corn Exchange. Inspired by how much the people of Newbury loved Colour of Time, the Colour Dash is our spectacular finale event to the campaign as we move towards hitting our final target.
In our 25th year as an arts organisation, our audiences and the local community are still at the heart of everything we do, and we would very much like to continue making a positive difference to people's lives through the arts for many years to come.
Now the finish line is in sight, can you help us get there?!
Other ways to support us include becoming a member, making a one off donation and leaving a legacy in your will.
Together we can make a difference.
