With tens of thousands of runners, this is an exciting event to be a part of and all the while knowing you are raising funds to help hundreds of vulnerable people overcome isolation and hardship.

Communicare in Southampton is a good neighbours charity helping people across the city of Southampton. Last year, our amazing volunteers touched the lives of 941people, covering over 2,700 tasks including face-to-face befriending, telephone befriending, transport to medical appointments, shopping for those who are housebound, collecting prescriptions and DIY & gardening. We are delighted to be offering regular groups and a postal project too!

Our volunteers make a real difference in helping to ease loneliness and isolation in Southampton.
