By donating your weekly commute, you'll be raising vital funds for Hft's frontline support staff when they need you most, to ensure some of the most vulnerable people in society continue to get the care they need.

The immediate focus is ensuring staff and people we support have access to vital supplies and services. Your donation will help fund:

1. Personal Protective Equipment to ensure the care staff are protected from the virus

2. Shop vouchers for urgent purchases of supplies such as food and hand gels

3. Personalised technology such as panic buttons and door sensors for people with learning disabilities in isolation

4. Setting up a friendly phone service for volunteers to contact people with learning disabilities in isolation who can find it extremely unsettling

5. Being there more than ever for families through our Family Carers Support Services to help them through these daunting times

Our lives are all changing at the moment. It is a scary and daunting time for everyone, and particularly for vulnerable people with learning disabilities. We put them and their families at the heart of what we do to make sure that here and now, we can say we are doing our absolute best.
