Condies have chosen to fundraise for Maggie's Fife as their Charity of the Year.

Cancer will impact 1 in 2 of us in our lifetimes. In the UK alone around 375,000 people are diagnosed with cancer each year. The last 3 years have been hard for everyone but for people with cancer, the trauma and stress of covid-19, coupled with their diagnosis and now the cost of living crisis, it has been devastating.

Maggie's has over 25 years of experience providing free cancer support and information in centres across the UK. Built in the grounds of NHS cancer hospitals, the centres are warm and welcoming and are run by expert staff who help people live well with cancer.

The vital funds raised by Condies colleagues will help Maggie's Fife provide free practical and emotional support to anyone who visits, including benefits advice, sessions with a Maggie's psychologist, stress management workshops, and groups for friends and families - plus much more.

£22 could enable someone to visit Maggie's and access expert psychological, practical, and financial support for free, from the moment they are diagnosed.

£37 could pay for a session with a Benefits Advisor so someone with cancer can get the critical financial support they need.

£60 could pay for one session with a Psychologist helping to alleviate the extreme stress and anxiety of living with cancer.
