Story

Rhombus Enterprises & Connect 2026 Supporting Mates on a Mission

Mates on a Mission exists to create unforgettable experiences for children facing life-threatening illness and their families.

We create moments of joy during incredibly difficult times. Moments of connection. Moments of laughter. Moments that become treasured memories.

But unlike many charities, our support doesn't end when the experience does.

We are not a one-and-done charity.

Our families become part of the MOAM family for life. We continue to support them through their journey, celebrate their milestones, and stand beside them through the challenges that follow.

Today, Rhombus Enterprises and the Connect 2026 Conference are helping us take the next step in that mission.

Help Us Raise $25,000 and Create Lasting Impact

Together, we are aiming to raise $25,000 to support the delivery of future MOAM Moments and help bring to life one of our biggest dreams – the future MOAM Retreat.

The MOAM Retreat will provide families facing childhood illness with a dedicated sanctuary to rest, reconnect, recharge and create precious memories together away from the pressures of hospitals and treatment.

Every dollar raised brings us closer to making that vision a reality.

How You Can Help

Become a Mate

At Mates on a Mission, we're building more than a donor base.

We're building a community.

A community of people committed to standing beside families facing childhood illness, not just once, but for the long term.

That's why we created our "Be a Mate" program.

For just $1 a day or $360 a year – you can become a Mate and join a growing movement of supporters creating real and lasting impact.

In fact, it would take just 70 people becoming Mates to help us achieve our entire $25,000 fundraising goal.

Seventy people.

One dollar a day.

A lifetime of impact.

By becoming a Mate, you'll be helping create more experiences, support more families, and move us closer to establishing the MOAM Retreat.

To become a Mate, simply click here and join the movement.

Please note, all new "Be a Mate" memberships will be reflected as a $360 offline donation on this page, and will be added to our $25K fundraising goal.

Prefer to Make a One-Off Donation Instead?

We understand that ongoing giving isn't for everyone.

If you'd prefer to make a one-off contribution through this fundraising page, we would be incredibly grateful for your support.

Simply click on the "Give Now" button on this page to being the process.

Every donation, regardless of size, helps us create meaningful moments for children facing life-threatening illness and their families.

Join the Journey

Whether you choose to donate today or become a Mate through our website, your support will help create memories that last a lifetime.

Together, we can reach our $25,000 goal, welcome 70 new Mates, and take another step towards building a future where no family facing childhood illness walks their journey alone.

Thank you to Rhombus Enterprises and the Connect 2026 Conference community for helping us turn compassion into action and memories into a lasting legacy.

A Note About Your Donation

All donations of $2 or more are 100% tax deductible. Mates on a Mission is a registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, so your contribution will not only make a meaningful difference to families facing childhood illness, but may also provide a tax benefit at the end of the financial year.
