Story

CONNOR DIOCESE: LENT 2026

Prayerful Attention + Practical Commitment

Sowing for the Future: Growing Skills and Hope in the Chaco The ‘Sowing for the Future’ initiative helps 4,500 Wichí children and young people in 45 rural schools learn gardening, soil care, and nutrition by creating green classrooms. Led by Wichí educators, each five-month cycle costs £625, covering training, seeds, and tools. Together, participants gain knowledge, grow healthy food, and create a sustainable future.

Leadership Investment: CeFA (Centro de Formación Anglicano) The Diocese of Northern Argentina is committed to providing practical theological training for both clergy and lay people. At CeFA, participants engage with Scripture while addressing pressing cultural challenges, such as addiction, all within the context of their own culture and language. This vital ministry equips indigenous leaders and lay people from diverse educational backgrounds, helping them to serve faithfully in their local churches and communities.

Missional Hub: Urban Church Plant San Pablo In Salta, San Pablo (St Paul’s) Anglican Church shines as a beacon of hope amid poverty, drugs, and brokenness. Through acts of compassion God’s love reaches even the most forgotten corners, restoring hearts and transforming lives.
