Story

The United Kingdom is swept with coronavirus pandemic; thousands of lives are at risk. As with any crisis, low incomes, disabled, homeless and elderly people are facing unprecedented difficulties to access food supplies and hygiene kits.

Children of Adam and its volunteers/support groups are receiving a significant number of calls from older people and families facing financial hardship in distress because they haven't enough food and at home and are too nervous to go out.

The government have announced that everyone over the age of 70 could be asked to self-isolate at home for up to four months in a bid to shield them from the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. were working on the ground to assist our elders in the community.

Children of Adam have teamed up with Five Lads restaurant in Peterborough and we are offering free meals to those over the age of 70 who are in isolation.

Please donate what you can, we will only be able to continue to offer these free meals with your kind support and donations
