Longfield supports adults with life-limiting conditions from diagnosis onwards. We help them understand and cope with their illness and support them to live well. We support family and carers too, and provide a Hospice at Home service, enabling people in the final months of life to stay at home if they choose. Our services also include help for families to deal with their grief, and education for professionals who are looking after people at the end of life.

All of Longfield's services are free-of-charge thanks to the generosity of the community. Our Wellbeing Centre offers a variety of therapeutic sessions and counselling options for patients, carers and family members. More than 85% of the hospice's income is thanks to the generosity of our supporters giving through donations and fundraising activities. This year alone Longfield need to raise over £4 million, so please do give generously.
