Cowley Road Works is the charity behind Cowley Road Carnival, a celebration of all the diverse cultures and communities in Oxford. The team are creating a roadmap to getting Carnival back in 2027 with a celebration of Carnival culture on Sunday 20th September 2026.

Cowley Road Works is the charity behind Cowley Road Carnival. Carnival costs a massive £130,000. As well as the costs on the day, this includes our year-round work in the community, which makes Cowley Road Carnival so special.
