Coming together to share a cream tea is such a simple pleasure that many of the families supported by CHSW look forward to.
Children's Hospice South West provide hospice care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their whole family. You can help them make the most of short and precious lives by hosting your own event or by supporting those who are.
