Story
Many young people are struggling right now — with confidence, anxiety, SEND needs, or disengagement from education. Families, schools and the council are referring more young people to us than ever before. They need support, structure, creativity and someone who believes in them.
But too many are unable to access the help they need because of financial barriers or long delays in local authority funding.
The Creative Mentoring Fund ensures no young person is turned away.
Through 1-to-1 creative music mentoring—DJing, music production, beatmaking and digital arts—we help young people rebuild confidence, regulate emotions, communicate more openly and reconnect with learning. These sessions are often the first time a young person feels safe, seen, motivated and able to express themselves.
Your donation directly supports:
🎧 1-to-1 mentoring for young people facing anxiety, self-esteem challenges or SEND needs
🎧 After-school support for under-14s
🎧 Re-engagement and confidence-building for teens
🎧 Access to safe, creative environments when families can’t afford support
🎧 A pathway back into education, community and belief in themselves
Every contribution makes a difference:
£25 supports a first mentoring session
£50 helps a young person build confidence through creativity
£100 funds a full re-engagement session
£250–£500 supports a young person for several weeks
We’re aiming to raise £5,000 to support 40–60 sessions between January and July 2026.
We'll be hosting a fundraising evening of live streams and interviews on from the ArcHive studio on Friday 5th December.
.....and there will be news of a raffle to follow.
Thank you for helping us make sure every young person gets the chance to thrive.
