This summer, The Crib will provide a safe, inclusive and inspiring programme of activities for children, young people and families across our community. For many families, the summer holidays can bring additional pressures, including the cost of activities, childcare and food. Through our Summer Programme, we aim to ensure that no child misses out on opportunities to learn, grow and have fun because of their circumstances.

Our programme offers a wide range of engaging activities, including sports, creative arts, music, cooking, wellbeing workshops, educational sessions, trips and outdoor adventures. These experiences help young people build confidence, develop new skills, make positive friendships and create lasting memories in a supportive environment.

Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing opportunities for all children and families, regardless of their background, ability or financial situation. We actively work to remove barriers to participation and create welcoming spaces where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive. We also provide opportunities for families to attend activities together, helping to strengthen relationships, reduce isolation and build stronger community connections.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help us provide activities, meals, transport, equipment and memorable experiences for children and families who may otherwise be unable to access them.
