Crosspoint Welcome Centre - supporting Westbury and BA13

Imagine you are eighty five, you’ve received a letter about your pension requiring you to “go on-line” and you don’t have a home computer. Or, you are single mother, just lost your job and you have no idea how to apply for State support, or just needed a kind listening ear and advice?

Thanks to the funding provided by Westbury Town council and other donors, last year our Crosspoint volunteers and counsellors helped and supported close to 1000 interactions annually in the Westbury / BA13 community across a huge range of issues.

These include helping people gain access to State support services ranging from Blue Badges to Universal Credit, Counselling, a cup of coffee and guidance on personal issues, or signposting to other local agencies who also support those in need.
