Crossroads 'In Your Prime' project are dedicated to tackling loneliness and social isolation among older people in Northern Ireland.

We do this through a befriending network, a telephone service, events and emergency transport.

We are raising funds to provide a special Christmas Dinner for a group of isolated elderly people in Northern Ireland this Christmas.
