Support our Cancer Funds to help patients & staff at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust

Our Cancer Services Department supports patients living with a range of cancers and receives 22,000 referrals each year for suspected cancer. Sadly around 1,400 people will receive the shocking diagnosis of cancer.

With your donations we help to provide the best possible care for patients, staff and more than 385,000 people living in Croydon by: · Refurbishing parts of our hospitals · Funding state-of-the-art equipment · Supporting life-changing research to pioneer new treatments #TeamCroydon

Story

Please support our wonderful Cancer Services Team who help patients and staff at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust.

Our Cancer Funds are part of Croydon Health Charity and fund resources, specialist training and equipment that are outside of statutory NHS budgets.

These funds make a real difference to cancer patients in Croydon who are living with and beyond cancer. One in two people in the UK will get cancer in their lifetime. Tragically around 945 people in Croydon will die from cancer each year.

Donations will help to fund:

* Resources to support health and wellbeing activities for people living with and beyond cancer e.g. mats for yoga classes

* Additional medical devices such as ultrasound machines

* Specialist training for nurses and other healthcare professionals
