As a member-run, Scottish registered charity, CtC’s vision is to change the chemistry in the boardroom so that people and boards embrace diversity of thought.

For us, diversity isn’t just about gender — it’s about all protected characteristics, as well as cognitive and experiential diversity.

417 members, who have together filled around 300 board roles and 33 chair appointments.

We've supported board recruitment for organisations such as the Scottish Government, VisitScotland, South of Scotland Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, SEPA, Edinburgh College and Scottish Fire & Rescue Service.
