Story
Today is #GivingTuesdayNow, and Wally has decided to give...his hair in support of the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired.
CCVI's mission is to prepare children with visual impairments, including those with multiple disabilities, to reach their highest potential in the sighted world. It provides services from birth to kindergarten, and the impact on families is profound and lifelong.
Unfortunately, the organization's biggest fundraiser, the CCVI Trolley Run, had to go virtual because of COVID-19. While so many incredible people supported the event, we know this loss was a huge financial hit.
So, were asking friends to donate to CCVI, and in return, our 11-year-old son, Lucien, will give Wally a much-needed quarantine haircut here at home. If we reach our $500 goal, well even post a video of the event on Facebook.
Please join us in supporting CCVI and thank you!
