Four years ago, the world as I knew it came to an end when my son Louis tragically took his own life. Last year, he would have turned 30, and this year, I want to honour his memory in a way that brings hope to others.
In August 2025, I will be cycling from London to Edinburgh and back to London to raise awareness about suicide loss and funds for Hope After Suicide Loss—a small but invaluable charity that has been a lifeline for me and many other families in Norfolk and Suffolk.
The support I’ve received from Hope After Suicide Loss has been invaluable as I have endeavoured to come to terms with Louis' death. The monthly groups I attend allow me to connect with others who truly understand the pain and the healing journey of losing a loved one to suicide.
I want to ensure this incredible charity can continue their work supporting those bereaved by suicide. That’s why I’ll be setting up a JustGiving page, and I would greatly appreciate your support. Every penny raised will go directly to Hope After Suicide Loss to help them provide their vital services to others in need.
Let’s make a difference together and bring hope to families facing the unimaginable.
Thank you for your kindness and support 💛
