Join #TeamDadsRock on 26th September for our first ever Dads Rock 'n' Stroll 5k!

Take part in person at the Edinburgh Meadows on 26th September 2021, or if you prefer you can participate virtually. Its up to you!

The Dads Rock 'n' Stroll 5k is a family friendly 5k walk, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged - so come dressed as your favourite rock star, or come as your most rocking self, and help us to raise money for Dads Rock!

Minimum Sponsorship: £50

You could get one of our fantastic Dads Rock 'n' Stroll medals or a rocking #TeamDadsRock t-shirt.

Don't worry if you're not able to join us on the day, you can still take part remotely! Pick a location, date and time that suits you and just remember to tag #TeamDadsRock on your social media posts!

COVID-19 has had a big impact on Dads Rock and we supported a record number of Dads and families in 2020. This included: Running 95 free online parenting skills workshops, attended by over 1,000 Dads, Mums and kids ; setting up weekly Dads Talks video calls and WhatsApp groups for Dads and Mums; providing 1:1 support for 38 Young Dads; continuing music lessons to 20 families online and starting our popular outdoor play sessions, Dads in the Wood.
