Join us for The Dales Way Hike

The Dales Way Hike from Ilkley to Bowness-on-Windermere links two of Englands most celebrated national parks, The Yorkshire Dales and The Lake District, a 79 mile hike through glorious countryside.

We aim to complete the challenge in four days, whilst raising vital funds for St Marys Church, 800+ renovation fund.

Itinerary: 1900hrs Tuesday 30 May 2023, arrive in Ilkley, Wharf Valley, West Yorkshire. Staying overnight at accommodation of your own choice. We aim to meet in the evening for a meal, prior to starting the Dales Way Hike at 0830hrs on Wednesday 31 May looking to complete the challenge on Saturday 3 June 2023.

Under 16 are welcome as the event falls during half term, however they must be accompanied by an adult. Friendly dogs must be on a tight lead. It is planned that sleeping accommodation on route will be booked and paid for by the individuals taking part at their own expense.
