Our little Mole from Mole Valley, is a happy, cheeky, stubborn, joyous 6 year old who adores bubbles and dancing ducks. And quacky ducks. And singing ducks.

He also has Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome. An ultra rare genetic syndrome that means his life looks very different to other 6 year olds. He is not yet able to walk without support, may never talk and his severe learning difficulties mean he will need lifelong care.

Because of this, early intervention is absolutely essential to help him learn key life skills, communicate his needs and gain some independence.

To give our mole his best shot, we’re seeking specialist therapies, aids and equipment to give Daniel a voice and the freedom and mobility to get his very best start in life.

Unfortunately, much of this specialist care is just not available on the NHS at the moment and we would be ever so grateful for anything you can do to help him along his way. I can’t tell you how much he deserves it.
