On 24 September, during the Sport Birmingham Corporate & Community Padel Championships, I'll be taking on one challenge – completing 404 push-ups in one session.

Why 404?

Because 404 represents the 404 one-to-one mentoring sessions delivered by Sport Birmingham's Make A Difference (MAD) team to young people across five schools in Birmingham.

Behind every one of those sessions is a young person who has been given time, encouragement and support to help build confidence, improve wellbeing and create brighter opportunities for the future.

As Ambassador for Make A Difference, I wanted to do something that not only challenges me physically but also shines a light on the incredible work our team delivers every day.

Every donation will help Sport Birmingham continue supporting young people through mentoring, sport and positive activities that make a lasting difference.
