Ive decided to run The Great North Run for the first time for Cruse Bereavement Care as its a charity that is close to my heart. I have lost family members in the past and this service was a life line for close friends of mine when they lost close family members. Im honoured to be wearing the Cruse vest and spreading the word about this fantastic charity.

We have all been through a rough year and I understand money can be hard at the moment but if you could please help in any way It would be greatly appreciated.
