By supporting our Campaign, you will be helping us to support Autistic people of every age and ability. Our Community Cafe sessions and Activity Days take place at 6 different venues across London.

The Community Cafes provide a safe, inclusive, accessible and free space for the entire Autistic community to meet up in person, to make connections with similar people. They are open for all Autistic people, Carers and family members.

They require no pre-registration and are open to all people, of any age group with any interest or connection with autism. There is no barrier to entry or registration needed, so that everyone is welcome. People do not need an official Autism diagnosis.

There will be free drinks and snacks available for you, sensory items and some games to play too, should you wish to.

Music therapy is available, so that every person is included, can take part in the session and enjoy the experience.

The sessions also give people access to the Charity’s resources, where they can find support, advice and other help.

We also hold Activity Days which are designed to provide a wide range of engaging and interactive activities that cater to the diverse interests of Autistic adults of all ages and backgrounds.
