We support individuals who experience suicidal thoughts. Offering relief from suicidal thoughts & feelings through delivery of open & non-judgemental emotional support. We aspire to a time when this service is no longer needed. For now, we persevere to ensure no one suicidal is left in the dark.

Story

Dave has decided at 50 years of age to push himself into a monumentus challenge! The Essex Way 82 mile Ultra Marathon, we was stunned at this suggestion and absolutley blown away his wanted to do for our charity!
