Lockton Steps Up is our flagship charity fundraising event, bringing Lockton Associates together to support Alzheimer's Society while this year celebrating the 20th anniversary of Lockton Europe.

On Friday 18 September, Associates from across our business will take part in sponsored walks at several locations around the UK, raising funds for a cause that affects millions of families.

We held the first Lockton Steps Up in 2024 and it was a huge success, raising more than £200,000 for charity. We enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again, on a grander scale!

We’re stepping up again this year because dementia remains one of the most significant health and social care challenges today.

Alzheimer's Society plays a vital role in advancing research, improving diagnosis, and providing practical support to people living with dementia and those who care for them. Every donation will help support this important work.
