Ronald McDonald House Charities UK provides free 'home away from home' accommodation to families with children in hospital in our 12 Houses across the UK, helping to relieve the emotional and financial burdens of a hospital stay.

Families can stay with us, free of charge, for as long as they need to, be it weeks, months, or in many cases, even years.

Our Houses are more than just a place to stay. They offer a friendly, supportive and homely environment for families to get well needed respite, prepare home cooked meals, and enjoy family time together away from the hospital. They have the opportunity to meet other facing similar experiences and always have a shoulder to cry on when they need it most.

COVID-19 has had a huge impact on our income, but even during a global pandemic, childhood illnesses and accidents haven't stopped.

As an independent charity, we rely on kind donations to help keep our Houses open for families who need us.
