Mark Johnson is in his 21st season as head coach of the Fort Hays State University men's basketball program. Johnson has guided Fort Hays State to nine seasons of 20 or more wins and seven NCAA Tournament appearances. Johnson is the all time leader in coaching wins at FHSU with 384; and has guided the program to 3 conference titles.

All money raised through Tiger Men's Basketball's "Defend the Fort" annual campaign will specifically assist in meeting and enhancing the Men's Basketball operating budget.
