Story

After lockdown, children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families need our help more than ever before.

The mental health of 50% of the children we support has declined, and 80% of families are more stressed.

Dingleys Promise delivers life changing support to under 5s with SEND and their families, by: providing specialist learning through play at our three centres across Berkshire, offering family support & training, and advice & training to mainstream settings.

To help these families, Dingley's Promise will offer remote support during the Summer holidays. Our Family Support Offer will be there when they need it the most, and includes regular phone and email support, online group family sessions, and new resources and information on social media.

You can make a real difference to families of children with SEND by donating today to our summer support appeal.

Just £5 provides a 1:1 call or online session with a family support worker.

£10 will pay for a staff member to do an online session with a child.

£25 allows us to send learning resources to an isolated family.

Help us to help them recover as quickly as possible.

Your donation will go directly towards funding Dingley's Promise work to support children and families affected by COVID-19. In the unlikely event that the funds raised exceed our funding requirements for this appeal, your gift will go to support the core costs for each of our Centres.
