The conditions in which school children learn as part of their education in Djarkpanga, Togo is challenging to say the least, and would leave many speechless.
There is a real need to provide better facilities to help these young people be successful in their education, which, in turn, will lead them to better lives and to become adults who are able to make meaningful contributions to their communities in the future. Many of these children never leave their local communities when they become adults.
